Margaret River - Denmark - Albany - Busselton Jetty

? Buckle up, fellow adventurers! ? It’s time to embark on an epic 10-day road trip from Perth to Esperance, where the sun-kissed west meets white sandy beaches and pristine aqua waters. ?

Why settle for ordinary when you can chase extraordinary? Let’s dive into the heart of Australia, where rugged landscapes, azure waters, and hidden gems await us. ?

Day 1:

Perth - The Gateway to Adventure

Consider arriving a few days early in Perth, the city that whispers secrets of the Swan River and boasts a skyline that dances with the sun. Explore its vibrant streets, sip coffee by the waterfront, and let the anticipation build. ? We depart for Margaret River on this day at 10am. Along the way we will stop in to Thomas Dambo's incredible art, the Giants of Mandurah, Busselton Jetty and the Crooked Carrot Cafe.

Day 2-3:

Margaret River - Sip, Savor, and Swirl

Margaret River, oh how you tempt us! ? World-class wineries beckon, promising tastings that’ll make our taste buds waltz. Picture rolling vineyards, cellar doors, and sunsets that paint the sky in hues of grape and gold. ? We will visit five or six wineries during our stay at Margaret River and we happen to know the only winery which is fresh tastings of 30 different wines and a bottomless wine glass - if you love wine, you will love this place!

- We'll visit the location of the Pro Surfing event at Margaret River

- We visit Hamelin Bay, walk its shores and look out for the amazing stingrays that frequent the beach.

Day 4:

Pemberton - Where Giants Touch the Sky

Into the heart of the Gloucester National Park we go! Climb the Gloucester Tree, a towering arboreal ladder that bridges earth and sky. Feel the thrill as you ascend, leaves rustling, and the world shrinking below. We'll also explore the township of Pemberton. Lots of lovely eateries for you to choose from to purchase lunch.?

Day 5-6: Elephant Rocks and Green Pool - Dive into Paradise

Elephant Rocks—where colossal boulders stand like ancient guardians, and the sea laps at their feet. ? Take a plunge into the Green Pool, where emerald waters cradle your worries away. ?

Denmark - Wander the Bibbulmun Track

Lace up those hiking boots for a short walk from one side of the town to the other along Bibbulmun Track —a trail that whispers tales of ancient forests, wildflowers, and the promise of discovery. Let’s walk, breathe, and lose ourselves in nature’s embrace. ?

Denmark is the perfect place to ensure fish and chips and other seafood dinner.

Day 6: Albany - Skywalk to the Stars

Granite Skywalk—a stairway to the heavens. Cling to the edge, gaze across the Southern Ocean, and feel the wind whisper secrets of distant lands. ? Former whaling town? More like a gateway to wonder. ?

The Gap Lookout, Torndirrup - Where Earth Meets Fury

Stand on the edge of the world at The Gap Lookout. Waves crash, spray kisses your cheeks, and the raw power of nature leaves you breathless. ?

Overnight at Esperance

Day 7 - 9: Esperance - A Canvas of Beauty

Esperance, where beaches wear the purest white and seas shimmer like sapphire dreams. Dip your toes in Lucky Bay, Cape Le Grand National Park, where kangaroos hop along the shore. ?️ We'll drive the Great Ocean Drive - afterwards, you might agree it is the best ocean drive in Australia. A replica of Stonehenge will take our interest as well as the Lucky Bay brewery. We'll take in creative sights at a local art gallery as well as a shark skin hanbag manufacturer.

A swim in the pristine waters of Twilight Bay is highly recommended.

Day 10: Esperance to Perth

We'll drive through a Lakes type district. Stopping in at the world-famous Wave Rock, a granite cliff 15 metres high shaped like a wave. Our journey home to Perth takes us on Highway 40 to Perth.

On average we will complete 2 to 3 hours of driving on driving days.

MEALS

All dinners and breakfasts are supplied. Some meals are cooked for you by our team and others are supplied by local cafes and restaurants.

As a guide, examples of meals we have provided on trips are:

Dinners - Restaurant and Cafe dinners or examples of our dinners are coal fired Pomegranate and Rosemary Lamb with a fresh Zingy Greek Salad, Coal fired Roasted or BBQ Vegetables, Pesto Chicken with Olives, Parmesan and Pine Nuts, Grade 1A+ Sirloin/T-bone/Rib Eye/Tomahawk steak with lovely condiments, Massaman Beef Curry with Naan, BBQ Coconut and Mango Chicken, Cilli Lime Prawns and Mango Salsa, Whole Cooked Seasoned Fish, Duck a L'Orange.

Breakfast - Cafe breakfasts or our breakfasts typically are Korean Enoki pancakes, Greek Yoghurt Fruit Muffins, golden syrup and medley of mixed nuts and fresh berry fruits, Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, ripe vine tomato with a green goddess salad, spicy tomato relish and hash brown. Toast, Vegemite, Peanut Butter, Orange marmalade or local honey.

LUNCHES

Lunches are at own cost. We take you to local cafes and restaurants to choose your preferred options. In most cases there is often a choice of outlets or food items designed for all budgets.

We also stop at supermarkets and a liquor outlet at all the main towns so you can stock up on snacks or lunch items, chocolate or your favourite beverages.

ACCOMMODATION

We will stay at holiday parks cabins/motels/hotels with amenities that are 3 or 4 star and with ratings suggesting a very good standard of cleanliness that are comfortable. Accommodation is twin share unless you purchase an own room package.

We will be travel in Kia Carnivals/People Movers/4WD's depending on requirements. We only put 2 people across a 3 seat bench seat so that the travel is comfortable.
